1. Booking and Payments

When you book a turf through Turf Connect:

• All bookings are subject to availability and immediate payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partners.
• In case the booked time slot becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances on the turf owner's end, we will assist in rescheduling or processing a refund.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the individual turf's cancellation policy.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking slot are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. User Conduct

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in disruptive, violent, or illegal behavior at the venue.
• Damage turf property or related facilities. Any damages may result in fines or legal actions by the turf owner.
• Use the Turf Connect platform for fraudulent transactions.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Turf Connect acts solely as an intermediary between you and the turf owners. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the turf premises. Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
